For us, healthy eating and meals together are an important part of our educational concept.

We tailor our meals to the nutritional needs of the children. They are prepared fresh, with varied vitamin rich ingredients. We also provide alternative meals for children with allergies and intolerances.

Fresh food, fruit and vegetables are delivered every week. Children's wishes for meals are taken into account when designing weekly menus.

We eat family style meals where each day the children set the table and tidy up after eating. They develop connections as they chat with each other and the teachers.

Our cooks enjoy including the children in meal preparation. They make pizza, prepare dessert or bake cakes. The children sometimes work with the teachers in groups to plan and prepare the meals. The children use ingredients from the garden, try new foods and playfully prepare food.

Eating together is a celebration for us. We prepare the meals together and start each meal with a fun song or two.
